Welcome to CreaScreen. By accessing or using the CreaScreen mobile application, TV player application, or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. Subscription Plans

CreaScreen offers the following plans:

  • Free — 1 screen, 500 MB storage, core features
  • Pro ($4.99/month) — up to 5 screens, 5 GB storage, advanced features
  • Ultra ($14.99/month) — up to 15 screens, 25 GB storage, all features

Prices are in USD and may be subject to change with 30 days' notice. Annual billing provides a discounted rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Display illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant CreaScreen a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising, training, or any purpose outside of delivering the Service to you.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. The CreaScreen Player app is designed to continue displaying cached content during internet outages.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your content and data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreaScreen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreaScreen from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
